Shipping and Returns


We strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to our valued customers. Currently, we exclusively ship orders within the United States. We regret any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and appreciate your understanding. For domestic orders, we aim to process and ship your purchase promptly, ensuring you receive your products in a timely manner. Should you have any questions or require further assistance regarding shipping, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding federal holidays in the United States and Canada. Most orders shipped via Ground Service are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed by 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Overnight and 2nd Day Service are not available for shipments to Canada, Military APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and some locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location.

    • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments

      PÜR honors a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused portion and receipt within 30 days of date of shipment and we will be happy to refund you for the full product amount. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other PÜR products. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. Only products purchased on may be returned for refund or exchange.

      For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we suggest that returns be mailed via FedEx or another insured and traceable parcel method. Please keep in mind that returns shipped ground usually take 5—7 business days to receive before they can be processed.
