Can I modify or cancel my order?

No, unfortunately we are unable to modify or cancel any orders once they have been submitted.

Will the phone lines be open during the launch?

We will be working on existing tickets and calls during the launch in the order they are received; our Customer Experience Team is available by phone at 1-866-787-0022 or email customerservice@purcosmetics.com Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Please know that all emails and calls will be answered in the order they are received.

Will the PÜR xo Nabela Collection sell out?

We do expect the collection to sell out; please note that once we are out of stock on a specific item, there will not be any more - there is no reorder! If you are interested in purchasing something from the collection, please buy it now!

Will the PÜR xo Nabela Collection be available at retailers?

The collection will be available at:

purcosmetics.com - presale begins 10/29/2021; full launch begins 11/5/2021

ulta.com - 11/5/2021

macys.com - 11/5/2021

SDM.com - beginning of November

Select Ulta locations will have the palette in store, while all 4 skus will be available online.

ULTA Beauty @ Target will NOT have this collection, in store or online.

Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada will launch the collection between 11/1/2021 - 11/8/2021. The full collection will be available online with select skus available in store in specific locations.

I have left several messages and comments on social media and have not heard back.

I received 2 or more shipping confirmations from the launch and do not want 2 orders.

If you receive more than one order, please do NOT open the box and mark RETURN TO SENDER (RTS) and when the package is receive by our warehouse team, a refund will be processed.

When will my PÜR xo Nabela order ship?

Due to a high volume of the PÜR xo Nabela orders, it may take longer than usual to process your order. We are working hard to get your orders out as quickly and safely as possible! However, some orders may experience slightly longer than normal processing times, and will begin to be processed 11/5/2021 to 11/26/2021.

Please note we are not responsible for our shipping carriers delays up to and exceeding 10 days. These delays may impact ground and expedited shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Hang tight, it will be worth the wait!

When will my card be charged?

You will be charged as soon as you submit your order.

Can I use a promo coupon code for the PÜR xo Nabela Collection?

Coupon codes will not be accepted for the PÜR xo Nabela Collection, but can be used for other products on our website, www.purcosmetics.com.
