What is the proper application of the 4-in-1 Pressed Mineral Makeup?
Using the Chisel Brush, apply in circular motions to achieve an even and flawless finish. Layer as needed for desired coverage. For those small or hard-to-reach areas, use a smaller brush, such as a Utility or Maximum Coverage Brush.

Who do I contact if I have questions about a specific product?
Each of our product pages has a Q&A section, where you can submit any questions you may have about that product. Questions are monitored and answered daily by a PUR makeup artist and education director. If you do not receive a response to your question within 2-3 days, please contact customer service and they will be happy to assist you.

Are your products tested on animals?
No. We are a cruelty-free company that never tests on animals.

Do your products contain parabens?
The majority of our products are paraben-free, gluten-free and vegan friendly. They are labeled as such on each product page.

Can I get a list of ingredients in your products?

Where are your products manufactured?
Unless otherwise noted, our products are made in the United States.

Is there perfume or fragrance in your products?
Our products are free of chemical fragrances, which can cause irritation.

How do you suggest that I match my skin tone?

Can I get a sample?
We offer free samples with most purchases! If there is a sample being offered, you will see them automatically added during the checkout process.

Where can I buy PÜR?

What is your return/exchange policy?

How do I get the newsletter?

When will I receive my order?
Visit purcosmetics.com/shipping-and-returns for more details on shipping times and methods. Our standard shipping time is 5 to 7 business days within the US. Upon shipping, we will e-mail you a confirmation that will include a tracking number. You can also track your orders by logging into your account and clicking here, view the order you would like to track and selecting the "shipments" tab. If your package has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-787-0022.

How do I check the status of an order?

Do you accept international orders?
We have partnered with MyUS.com to offer convenient, fast international shipping to more than 225 countries for our customers. After becoming a MyUS member, you will receive your own suite number to receive merchandise. Why has my favorite product been discontinued?
As our brand grows, we are continually enhancing formulas and making changes to our product line to better suit our customers' needs. Please contact customer service with the name and/or shade of the product that has been discontinued, and they will be happy to provide alternate recommendations.

Why is my favorite product or shade "temporarily out of stock?"
We make every attempt to ensure products sold on purcosmetics.com are in stock at all times. If an item is labeled temporarily out of stock, we expect to have the item back in stock in the near future. Please enter your email address to be notified of any stock updates.

Can I return a PÜR product that I did not purchase on purcosmetics.com?
No, we only accept returns for items purchased through purcosmetics.com. If you wish to return a product you purchased in a store or on another website, please contact that retailer directly.

How do I use an online promotion code or gift certificate?
To redeem a promotion code or gift certificate, enter it in the field labeled “Promo Code” on the shopping cart page during checkout, then click “Apply”. You may only apply one code or gift certificate per order.

Why am I having a challenge applying a promotion code?
Check the e-mail or source that provided the promotion to ensure you are inputting the correct code within the valid dates. If you are still having trouble, contact customer service and they will be happy to assist you. You may only apply one code or gift certificate per order.

How do I cancel my auto-ship orders?
Our auto-ship program has been paused with the launch of our new website, and all existing subscriptions have been cancelled. You will not need to take further action.

How do I update my credit card information?
Visit purcosmetics.com/sgusa/token to add a new credit card and edit or delete any credit cards on file. To change a credit card on an open order that has not shipped, please contact customer service.

In what currency will I be charged when I place an order on purcosmetics.com?
All orders placed on purcosmetics.com will be charged in US dollars (USD). We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
